Punctuality: You must be present 5-10 minutes before the reserved time to sign (if you have not done it online) the agreement of compliance with the regulations and the RGPD. We appreciate your understanding.
Maximum duration: The experience has a duration of 70 – 80 minutes, depending on the team’s experience in escape rooms. The game may start up to 10 minutes late, but this time will be deducted from the game. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the game will be cancelled. It will not be possible to reschedule or continue the game with the remaining time, and there will be no refund in any case.
Toilets: There is a toilet available in the middle of the game. The game does not stop during its use, so we recommend you to take this into account before starting.
Age: The experience is not suitable for children under 14 years of age.. However, there are moments of tension (not fear) that could affect minors. If you want to bring someone under the age of 14, it is essential to inform us when making the reservation. Minors must be accompanied by at least one responsible adult.
Difficulty: Don’t worry if you are new to this kind of games. The difficulty is adjustable, and you will be guided and helped in real time. The directions are part of the experience.
Attitude: Keeping a good attitude is key to fully enjoy the game. We encourage you to get into the role and live the experience intensely, which will make the game more fun for both you and the actors.
Dropouts: If any team member wants to leave, the entrance door will always be open. In that case, the game will stop until the person leaves, and then continue with the rest of the team. If there is only one player left, the game is over.
Reservation changes: It is allowed to change the reservation date only once, giving at least 72 hours notice. If this deadline is not respected, the reservation will be lost without the right to claim the amount. In case of unavailability, you will be provided with a voucher to book at a later date.
Cancellations: The reservation fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. If you are unable to attend, you may change the date of your reservation 72 hours in advance, but only once. Thank you for your understanding.
Language: “El Mercenario del Espacio” is available only in Spanish for now. It is necessary to understand it fluently to solve several puzzles.
Personal items: It is not allowed to enter the experience with outside objects such as cell phones, earrings, necklaces, watches or any electronic device, including any device that emits light. You will have a place to deposit them before the start of the experience.
Prohibited access to:
Pregnant women (from the first trimester) or women with babies, for their safety.
People with heart problems, epilepsy or reduced mobility.
People with negative or aggressive attitude.
Persons under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.
The right of admission is reserved in all cases.
Respect for the actors: It is strictly forbidden to physically assault the actors. Respect at all times the interactions, which are carefully rehearsed and controlled. Although they may seem real, you will not be physically harmed or endangered.
Interaction with actors: Actors may touch you in a controlled manner, with no intent to cause physical harm and never inappropriately. Resisting or struggling is not allowed. Any non-compliance will result in the expulsion of the person involved.
Use of in-game objects: It is not necessary to use brute force to interact with objects. Misuse of objects or tools may cause damage, and you will be charged for the cost of any damage.
Attire: It is not mandatory, but it is recommended to wear comfortable clothes and shoes that do not restrict movement.
Changes in the team: If after paying the reservation you are less people than expected, there will be no refund. You can bring someone in your place. If you want to add more people, it is necessary to give prior notice and pay the difference in the amount. The maximum number of players is 6.
Right of admission and expulsion: Dodoors Escape reserves the right of admission and immediate expulsion from the room without refund in case of breach of any of these rules.
